So how do you install Fallout 4 mods with Nexus Mod Manager? That is what I’m going to show you in this video. music Now if for some reason you’ve stumbled across this video because you want to mod Fallout 4 but you’re not totally sure what Nexus Mod Manager is or what a mod manager is in general, I have actually done a video introducing Nexus Mod Manager, what it is, and why we use it and I would direct you to go and watch that. It will explain everything you need to know. However, assuming that you know that, we’re going to start by covering the three things that you really do need to know before you start installing mods The first thing you need to do is enable modding on Fallout 4.
Load Order Optimization Software (LOOT)Description of LOOT from the author - WrinklyNinja:Setting the right load order for your mods is a crucial step to enjoying a stable modded game. The Load Order Optimisation Tool (LOOT) can help with that, by providing automated load order sorting that's simple to use and fully customisable. While sorting, LOOT checks for load order errors (such as incompatibilities and missing requirements) and notifies you of any issues that it detects. It also provides thousands of plugin-specific messages, such as usage notes and bug warnings, to help keep your game healthy.Run to organize the load order of your mods so that your game won't crash. You should run LOOT after installing any mod. Also, make sure to read the mod descriptions to see if that particular mod should be loaded last/after another certain mod, because LOOT is not perfect. If you've heard about BOSS in the past (for oldschool load order sorting for like Oblivion), LOOT is the superior successor to BOSS.
Seems that the Nexus Mod Manager team can't be bother to fix the problems with the servers of updating the Nexus Mod Manager. Either they becoming foppish a-holes or they are becoming out of touch and out of reach of reality. I have no leading clues of what is going on. I still can download mods from this site which is still good but it seems they can't be bothered of fixing the server of the Nexus Mod and supporting the Nexus Mod Manager further more. It's good to know that someone is helping out with the Nexus Mod Manager. Am I the only person right now (22nd July, 201 that's completely unable to download any new mods with NMM because the program can't reach the nexus server to log me in?Side note; update version 0.65.2 and I have read every f.ing fix for this under the virtual sun over the last 4 days!
I have run out of things to try and just about given up on fixing it. I'm just wondering how many others are having this problem, I can't be alone! Also. I can't start a new thread here about it and I'm not actually sure where I would put the topic. If anyone would point me there or to the existing thread on it (I know there MUST already be one on this subject!) I would be very grateful.
Ive been having trouble with CBBE i know a lot of armor mods require CBBE. It just shows the vanilla skin. So i tried a hair mod and all the hair selections were there but they had little to no hair!
